We’ll kick things off with a welcome glass of Prosecco, then roll up our sleeves for a hands-on pasta-making session. You’ll mix, knead, and shape fresh tagliatelle from scratch—no machines, no pressure, just good vibes and great company.
After the pasta is made, we’ll sit down together to enjoy a beautiful, fresh bowl of pasta with cacio e pepe sauce.
Whether you come with friends, a date, or solo, you’ll be welcomed like famiglia. No cooking experience needed—just bring your appetite and a sense of fun!

As an Italian who grew up in Vancouver’s vibrant restaurant industry, cooking, eating and sharing food became a way of life for Chef Giulia. After completing her culinary training locally she took her skills to Europe where she had the chance to work with the legendary Chef Wolfgang Puck.
For Giulia, food has always been about bringing people together, which is something that is at the forefront of her recipes today. Giulia likes to show her audience that food does not have to be complicated, especially when you are cooking with Just Giulia.
