First rule of Bad Fight Club: Be yourself and have fun! 💖

The Bad Academy has always been a place where we can gather to learn the things we weren’t taught as young girls. Some of us were never taught how to throw a real punch. How to defend ourselves. How to walk and stand with confidence. How to physically show how powerful we actually are. Now seems like a good time to start with some Bad pals!

We’re so excited to partner up with our friends and local legends Eastside Boxing to teach you everything you need to know when it comes to physically stepping into your power. We’ve designed a custom boxing program for the Bad community that will not only teach you all fundamental basics of beginner boxing and kick off your journey on the road to fighting, but give you a hell of a workout at the same time. This series is for beginners and those who have thrown a few punches before! So whether you want to join to make friends, get strong, or to just get out some pent up aggression (understandable), this is the series for you!

Curiculum

• Boxing fundamentals (stance, movement, combos, etc)
• Fitness and conditioning element -(speed, agility, and co-ordination)
• Confidence building and peer/community encouragement

Class Schedule

• Every Sunday for 10 weeks - January 11th through March 22nd, 2026, Noon to 1:30p

Registration includes

• An unlimited 3 month membership to Eastside Boxing (to begin on the first day of class) ($462 value)
• 10 x 90 minute exclusive Bad Flight Club classes ($375 value)
• Gear for class is included!
• Access to a private  Whatsapp group chat so you can coordinate with your fellow fighters on attending other classes/workouts outside of Bad Fight Club‍
• A total value of over $800 for only $525!

‍What to bring

• Please wear regular trainer shoes and workout clothes that you can move freely in!
• Water bottle and towel

FAQ

‍

I will/might need to miss some classes! Is that okay?

Absolutely! We thought this might be the case for some people, so we will make sure to catch you up on what you missed and recommend another class at Eastside to take during the week to make up for the class you missed.

I've never boxed before ever! Is that okay?

Yes! We love newbies and we'll make sure we start from the basics.

I've boxed before, but I just want to join a program! Is this program good for me?

Everyone has their own comfort level, but we believe you'll love this program. Not only is it only for women and GNC people, but it's a great chunk of time to get fit, hone your skills, and let our amazing coaches help you correct any "bad" habits or form!

Is gear included?

Yes. You can also purchase your own wraps for an additional $15 if you'd like!

What if I already have an Eastside membership?

If you already have a membership, the Bad Fight Club admission cost is $250 total! We recommend pausing your membership (so long as it's not a 6-month or annual) and signing up for Bad Fight Club with the included membership :)
